- Signing Up for Ruckus Cloud
Before you can connect your Ruckus ICX devices to Ruckus Cloud, you must first sign up for the service. - Logging In to the Ruckus Cloud Portal
The Ruckus Cloud web-based portal is your primary interface to the Ruckus Cloud service. To manage your networking devices, APs, and switches and service settings, you must first log in to the Ruckus Cloud portal. - Navigating the Ruckus Cloud Web Interface
The Ruckus Cloud web interface is a graphical user interface (GUI) for managing your access points, venues, and wireless networks. - Getting to Know the Dashboard
The Dashboard, which is the first page that is displayed after you log in to the Ruckus Cloud web interface, provides a snapshot of your networks, venues, access points (APs), and wireless clients associated with your access points. - Updating Your Profile
You can update your profile if you want to change your preferred date format or your event details level. - Changing Your Password
To change your Ruckus Cloud password, you must edit your Ruckus Wireless profile. - Resetting Your Password
You can reset your password from the Ruckus Cloud portal login page. - Logging Out of the Ruckus Cloud Portal
If the Ruckus Cloud portal does not detect any activity within 30 minutes, it will automatically log you out. You can also manually log out of the portal.
