Logging In to RUCKUS AI

Prerequisites:

Before logging in to RUCKUS AI, ensure that you have configured the following on the controller:

Northbound Data Streaming (to enable data transfer from the controller, and configure the controller)
Historical Connection Failures (enabled in the Zone configuration to allow the zone APs to report client connection failures)

Complete the following steps to log in:

Open your web browser, and enter the RUCKUS AI URL for your region.
- For US users, https://ruckus.cloud/analytics or https://ruckus.cloud/ai
- For EU users, https://eu.ruckus.cloud/analytics or https://eu.ruckus.cloud/ai
- For Asia users, https://asia.ruckus.cloud/analytics or https://asia.ruckus.cloud/ai
After the sign-in page loads, your region is selected in the Region option. Based on the support entitlement for your asset, you can connect to the RUCKUS AI cluster in the United States, Europe, or Asia by using the above link or selecting the corresponding region from the Sign In page.

Enter your RUCKUS AI email address and password.
Click Sign In. The RUCKUS AI dashboard loads in your browser.
