Support

The end customer of a RUCKUS One MSP must call the MSP (and not RUCKUS) for all support activities. Because the MSP creates end customers, the end customers of the MSP and therefore cannot support them. RUCKUS enters into a business contract with the RUCKUS One MSP when the MSP purchases MSP subscriptions. A RUCKUS One MSP must provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to their end customers. RUCKUS will provide only Tier 3 support to RUCKUS One MSPs (not their end customers).
