IntentAI Access Control

IntentAI access and functionality are controlled based on the roles assigned to users and their Resource Group access. The following table summarizes the roles and Resource Group access required for each IntentAI capability, along with the applicable access and visibility behavior.

IntentAI menu option	Prime Administrator, Administrator, or Read Only	All Resource Groups	Users assigned the specified roles who have access to any Resource Group can access IntentAI.
IntentAI widgets on Dashboard	Prime Administrator, Administrator, or Read Only	All Resource Groups	The widgets display Intent counts for their respective IntentAI features based on the Zones accessible through the user's assigned Resource Group. Intents for Zones to which the user has only partial access are not included in the displayed counts
IntentAI table	Prime Administrator, Administrator, or Read Only	All Resource Groups	The table displays only Intents associated with Zones that are accessible through the user's assigned Resource Group. If the user has only partial access to a Zone, Intents for that Zone are not displayed.
Intent Settings	Prime Administrator or Administrator	Default Resource Group	Only users assigned the specified roles who have access to the Default Resource Group can access and manage Intent Settings.
Intent Status Change Email Notifications	Prime Administrator or Administrator	All Resource Groups	Users assigned the specified roles who have access to any Resource Group can access and configure email notifications for Intent status changes.
Energy Saving Report	Prime Administrator, Administrator, or Read Only	All Resource Groups	The report displays data only for Zones that are accessible through the user's assigned Resource Group. If the user has only partial access to a Zone, data for that Zone is not displayed.
