Firewall Ports to Open for RUCKUS AI

The following tables outline the network firewall configurations required to ensure successful communication between managed SmartZone (SZ) or Virtual SmartZone (vSZ) and RUCKUS AI.

To enable RUCKUS AI to properly function, configure your firewall to permit outbound traffic to the specified domains, IP addresses, and ports required for RUCKUS AI communication. Ensure that the listed URLs and IP addresses are always whitelisted and accessible. Verify that your firewall permits outbound connectivity over port 443 for network traffic initiated from SmartZone or vSZ.

Used by the SZ/vSZ controller to determine the correct endpoints to connect to. This is hosted in the United States. No RUCKUS AI data will flow to this endpoint, but connectivity is required for service discovery.
