RUCKUS Cloud MSP's end customer will call the MSP (and not RUCKUS) for all support activities. As MSP creates end customers, RUCKUS's support will NOT have the information about MSP's end customers and hence cannot support them. RUCKUS enters into a business contract with the RUCKUS Cloud MSP when MSP purchases MSP licenses. RUCKUS Cloud MSP must provide Tier-1 and Tier-2 support to their end customers. RUCKUS will only provide Tier-3 support to RUCKUS Cloud MSPs (not their end customers).
