Template Tagging for Multi-Tenant Management RUCKUS One introduces template tagging, which allows administrators to organize and manage templates more efficiently. Template tags simplify operations and improve scalability across multiple tenants.
Automatic Template Activation for New EC Tenants RUCKUS One now supports automatic activation of selected templates for new End Customer (EC) tenants in Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments. This capability ensures consistent configurations across tenants and accelerates tenant onboarding by reducing manual setup.
Staging Workflow for EC Management in MSP Environments RUCKUS One now supports a staging End Customer (EC) workflow for Managed Service Provider (MSPs). This capability allows access points (APs) to be imported, monitored, and managed in a staging venue before being assigned to customer venues, helping streamline deployment and ensure readiness prior to production rollout.
DSE Troubleshooting Agent for Wi‑Fi Diagnostics (Early Access) The DSE Troubleshooting Agent is now available as a specialized sub-agent within the DSE platform. The agent is dedicated to diagnosing and resolving Wi‑Fi client and network issues, enabling users to identify connectivity problems, analyze network performance, and receive actionable recommendations to improve Wi‑Fi reliability and overall user experience.
User Role–Based Access Control for Enterprise Enterprise AAA (802.1X) RUCKUS One now enforces access control policies on APs for enterprise Enterprise AAA (802.1X) networks based on user roles returned by an external authentication, authorization, and accounting (AAA) server. This capability enables role-based network access enforcement at the AP level, helping ensure that users receive appropriate access based on their assigned roles.
Integration with Opera Property Management System RUCKUS One now integrates with the Opera Property Management System (PMS). This integration enables seamless property and guest management workflows, helping hospitality administrators streamline operations and improve coordination between network services and guest management systems.
