Known Issues and Limitations in RUCKUS One Mobile App

This current mobile app version includes the following known issues and limitations.

Description

Symptom: Scanning of AP or Switch serial number is not working.

Workaround: Enter the serial number manually for AP and Switch.

Symptom: Only RUCKUS One users can access RUCKUS One Mobile App.

Workaround: The new RUCKUS One Mobile App is only supported for use with the new RUCKUS One Cloud Platform. Users that have not yet migrated from previous versions of RUCKUS Cloud will be directed to use the “RUCKUS Cloud by CommScope” Mobile App.

Symptom: RUCKUS One Mobile App displays "Invalid Token Error".

Condition: The Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) option is enabled for the RUCKUS One account.

Workaround: Disable the MFA option for the account using this method. From the RUCKUS One web portal, on the navigation bar, click Administration > Account Management > Settings and deselect Enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
