| DSE Troubleshooting Agent for Wi‑Fi Diagnostics (Early Access) | The DSE Troubleshooting Agent is now available as a specialized sub-agent within the DSE platform. The agent is dedicated to diagnosing and resolving Wi‑Fi client and network issues, enabling users to identify connectivity problems, analyze network performance, and receive actionable recommendations to improve Wi‑Fi reliability and overall user experience. |
| User Role–Based Access Control for Enterprise Enterprise AAA (802.1X) | RUCKUS One now enforces access control policies on APs for enterprise Enterprise AAA (802.1X) networks based on user roles returned by an external authentication, authorization, and accounting (AAA) server. This capability enables role-based network access enforcement at the AP level, helping ensure that users receive appropriate access based on their assigned roles. |

| Webhook Notifications for Admin Role Changes | RUCKUS One now sends webhook notifications when an administrator’s role changes. Each notification includes before-and-after role details, enabling external systems to track changes and support auditing of user permissions more effectively. |
| Automated Notifications for PSK Onboarding Workflows | RUCKUS One onboarding workflows for pre-shared key (PSK) networks now support automated email and text notifications. These notifications ensure users receive timely updates throughout the onboarding process, improving visibility and user experience during network access provisioning. |

| AP BSSID Visibility in Device and Client Lists | RUCKUS One now displays access point (AP) basic service set identifier (BSSID) information in the AP and Client list tables. This update improves network visibility and helps administrators more easily identify and troubleshoot wireless connections. |
| RADIUS Server Configuration Using Hostnames | RUCKUS One now supports configuring RADIUS servers using fully qualified domain names (FQDNs), in addition to IP addresses. This enhancement provides greater flexibility for authentication, authorization, and accounting (AAA) configurations and simplifies RADIUS server management in dynamic network environments. |
| LLDP Neighbor Visibility for Offline APs | RUCKUS One now displays the last known Link Layer Discovery Protocol (LLDP) neighbor for APs that go offline. This information helps administrators quickly understand network topology and accelerates troubleshooting of connectivity issues. |
| Control Visibility of System-Generated Identities | RUCKUS One now includes a Hide system-generated identities toggle that allows administrators to control whether unit and guest dynamic pre-shared keys (DPSKs) are displayed in the resident portal. With this setting enabled, residents see only the networks that are relevant to them, simplifying the portal experience and reducing unnecessary clutter. |
| Cache Indicator for Device Data in Tables | RUCKUS One tables now display a clear visual indicator when device data is sourced from cache rather than live device telemetry.
