Viewing Existing Networks
You can view a list of networks that exist in your RUCKUS One account.
On the RUCKUS One wen interfaces, select
Wi-Fi Networks page displays a list of networks
that you previously added, including the following information. Each column within the
table can be sorted.You can filter the network list by the type of network and also
search for the network by its name.
. The Note: If you have not added a network, the list will be empty. For instructions on adding
a network, refer to Wireless Networks Overview.
- Name: The name assigned to this network.
- Description: A brief description of the network.
- Type: The type of network representing the network security:
- Passphrase (PSK/SAE)
- Dynamic Pre-Shared Key (DPSK)
- Enterprise AAA (802.1X)
- Hotspot 2.0 Access
- Captive Portal-Click-Through
- Captive Portal-Self Sign in
- Captive Portal-Host Approval
- Captive Portal-Cloudpath Captive Portal
- Captive Portal-3rd Party Captive Portal (WISPr)
- Captive Portal-Managed Guest Pass
- Captive Portal-Active Directory/ LDAP Server
- Captive Portal-SAML Identity Provider (IdP)
- Open Network
- Venues: Displays the number of venues in which this network is currently being used. Click the number to view venue details.
- APs: Displays the number of APs (across all venues) that are currently associated with this network. Click the number to view AP details.
- Clients: Displays the number of clients (across all venues) that are currently associated with this network. Click the number to view client details.
- VLAN: Displays the VLAN ID that is assigned to the network.
- Security Protocol: Displays the security protocol defined for the network such as WPA3, WPA2, Open Captive Portal and so on.
