This section describes the prerequisites for the product.

• Before logging in to RUCKUS AI, ensure that you have configured the Northbound Data Streaming to enable data transfer from the controller, and have configured the controller to enable historical connection failures and client events.
• In the Overview and Wired tabs of the Health page, data is displayed only for switches running FastIron firmware version 10.0.10f or later or SmartZone version 7.x or later.
• AI-Driven RRM is supported only in SmartZone controller 5.2.1 and later.
• AI-Driven RRM is supported only if all APs in the zone are fully licensed. Unlicensed APs should not be added to the zone at a later stage.
• When there is more than one node in a SmartZone (SZ) cluster, AI-Driven RRM requires a minimum SmartZone firmware version of 5.2.2.0.1563 with KSP (ER-11990_FixRAServiceValidation_5_2_2_0_1563-v1_863521.ksp). Subsequent SZ release trains, 6.1.1 and later, support AI-Driven RRM with multi-node SZ clusters.
• AirFlexAI is supported in SmartZone controller release 7.0 (AP firmware version 7.0.0.0.1240) and later.
• AirFlexAI is supported in RUCKUS One venue 7.0 (AP firmware version 7.0.0.104) and later.
