July 2025 Release Information

The following software features and enhancements are introduced in this release. Refer to the RUCKUS One Online Help, RUCKUS One MSP Guide, and RUCKUS One Licensing Guide for more information.

New Features

The following software features are introduced in this release.


Feature	Description
AP-Level Antenna Configuration	External antenna settings are now configurable directly at the AP level, providing enhanced control and greater deployment flexibility.
PoE Settings at AP Level	Override PoE settings at the Access Point level for precise, device-specific power management.
Onboarding Support for Active RUCKUS One Properties	Administrators using the MSP Hospitality Edition can now onboard properties that already have an active RUCKUS One cloud instance. Previously, only properties without an existing RUCKUS One deployment were eligible for onboarding under the Hospitality Brand MSP.

Enhancements

The following enhancements are introduced in this release.


Feature	Description
DPSK Passphrase Enforcement	Property Management Unit passphrases must meet DPSK key length enforcement standards.
Venue Enhancements	Venues now support tags for improved classification and searchability in RUCKUS One. Venue descriptions are now searchable via global search for improved context and visibility.
Application Visibility Enhancement	New settings let MSPs control application visibility for MSP-EC tenants, enhancing privacy and ensuring compliance.
Alarm Improvements	The Alarms sidebar now lets you view and filter all alarms, including cleared ones, for easier and faster navigation.
License Activation Notification for Prime Administrators	When a RUCKUS One Prime Administrator initiates in-cloud activation of newly purchased licenses, a system-generated email containing detailed activation information is automatically sent to all designated Prime Administrators.
