Event Severity Levels
A severity level is assigned to every event in RUCKUS One. Severity levels help you identify events that may require attention.
Events in RUCKUS One are assigned the following severity levels:
- Critical: Indicates a serious condition requiring immediate action, such as a severe failure in a network element or a total outage in which the system is unusable.
- Major: Indicates an issue that may cause a device or service to fail if not addressed.
- Minor: Indicates a lower‑impact issue that does not immediately affect service operation but should be reviewed.
- Warning: Indicates a condition that might lead to a Minor, Major, or Critical issue.
- Informational: Indicates routine activity or general system information that does not require action.
