Switch Incidents and Insights

The Switch Incidents and Insights page provides detailed insights into the health, incidents, traffic patterns, and performance metrics of the selected switch.

Compete the following steps to view the Switch Incidents and Insights page:
  1. On the navigation bar, select Wired > Switches > Switch List. The Switch List page is displayed.
  2. Click Switch Name attribute of the selected switch. The Switch Incidents and Insights page is displayed.

The Switch Incidents and Insights page displays the MAC address at the title and and the following tabs:
  • Incidents
  • Insights
