My Profile
The My Profile page displays information about the current user. You can view the first name, last name, user role, email address of the user, and the tenant ID.
The My Profile page
consists of two tabs:
- Settings tab: Allows you to customize the user interface language to suit your language preferences or regional needs. For more information, refer to Setting the User Interface Language.
- Notifications tab: Allows you to configure email notifications for incidents based on severity (P1–P4) or specific incident types (by description), IntentAI status changes, and license expiry events. For more information about notification setting configuration, refer to Configuring Email Notifications.
