MDU 360 Dashboard

The MDU 360 Dashboard provides an aggregated view across customers and their properties. It also enables users to drill down into individual properties to assess network performance and resident experience.

The dashboard includes two tabs:
  • Network Overview: Provides insights into network health and performance.
  • Resident Experience: Provides insights into resident network usage, connectivity quality, and service responsiveness.

Dashboard Filters

Use the available filters to refine the data displayed in the MDU 360 Dashboard. The Property Manager, Property, and Date/Time filters apply to both the Network Overview and Resident Experience tabs. The Unit filter is available only on the Resident Experience tab and applies only to the Resident Experience widgets.
The filters provide the following functions:
  • Property Manager: Lists all the MSP End Customers in the MDU MSP account. Select one or more MSP Customers to filter the dashboard.
  • Property: Lists the Venues available in the MDU MSP account. Select one or more Venues to filter the dashboard.
  • Unit: Lists the Property Units configured under the Property (Venue) in the RUCKUS One Property Management module.
    • All: Selected by default. Includes all available Property Units.
    • Filter by individual Unit: Allows you to select an individual Property Unit. Only one Property Unit can be selected at a time.

When a Unit is selected, the Resident Experience widgets are updated to display data associated with the identities mapped to the selected Unit.

Note: The Channel Change Per Day metric is not available when the Resident Experience data is filtered by Property Unit.
  • Date/Time: Filters the dashboard data based on the selected time period.

Filter Selection Behavior

All the available filters can be selected independently. The Property Manager, Property, and Unit filters follow a top-down hierarchical order, with Property Manager at the top, followed by Property, and then Unit. Selecting a value in one filter narrows the list of values in the subsequent filters. For example, selecting a Property Manager narrows the list of Properties, and selecting a Property narrows the list of Units. However, when a Unit is selected first, the Property Manager and Property filters continue to display all available values. If a Property Manager or Property is selected afterward, the Unit selection is cleared.
