Support for enforce template configuration and clone operation in RUCKUS One

Enforce feature: When a configuration template is enforced, all instances adhere strictly to the template settings, blocking direct changes from MSP EC tenants and only allowing synchronization from the MSP tenant.

Clone feature: Supports cloning of existing configuration templates to create new templates.

Support for Application Recognition and Control (ARC) Privacy setting

RUCKUS One supports Application Recognition and Control (ARC) Privacy setting where for newly created MSP customers and the new WLANs they create, the Application Recognition and Control (ARC) Privacy setting follows the configuration set at the MSP administration level.
