Support for Config template drift detection and synchronization

RUCKUS One supports drift detection and synchronization features. RUCKUS One can calculate the configuration differences between an updated MSP config template and the EC instance. If a difference is detected, administrators can review and synchronize the configurations as needed.

License Compliance

We are introducing three new features to enhance MSP license management:

  • MSP-EC Customer Usage List: This feature gives MSPs detailed visibility into customer assignments, showing the number of assignments, the number of devices installed, and separate columns for each device.
  • License Distance Calculators by Max Licenses: This tool uses the start date and end date as inputs to calculate the quantity of licenses available during that period.
  • License Distance Calculators by Max Period: This tool uses the start date and quantity as inputs to determine the end date for the specified quantity of licenses.
  • Chart of Available Paid Licenses
