Deleting an Identity Group

You can delete an existing identity group from your RUCKUS One account using the Delete option.

  1. On the navigation bar, click Clients > Identity Groups.
    The Identity Groups tab is displayed.
  2. Select the identity group you wish to delete and click Delete.
  3. Click Delete Identity on the confirmation dialog box.
    The identity group that you deleted is removed from the Identity Groups tab.
    Identity groups that are used by a venue cannot be deleted. Attempting to delete such identity groups displays the following message:
