You can update your profile if you want to change your preferred date format or your event details level.
Note: You cannot edit your name, email
address, and role from the RUCKUS Cloud portal. To edit your name, email address,
and role, you must edit your profile on the RUCKUS Support website.
Complete
the following steps to update your profile for the date format and event details level. - On the miscellaneous bar
(located in the upper-right corner of the RUCKUS Cloud web interface), click
.
A list of links displays.
- Click
My Profile.
The
My Profile screen displays.
- Edit the following profile settings:
- Date Format: Select the date format that
you want RUCKUS Cloud to display for dates. The default is set to
day/month/year (DD/MM/YYYY).
- Event Level Details: Select the level of
detail that you want RUCKUS Cloud to display for events on the Events page.
- Click
Save.
