Viewing Schedules

You can view all the schedules created for the reports and custom dashboards in Schedules page.

The schedule can only be edited by the user who created it, however, schedules can be deleted by any user.
On the Navigation bar, click Administration > Account Management > Schedules. The Schedules page is displayed.
Schedules Page

The Schedules page displays the count of Total Schedules and all the created schedules are displayed in the schedules table.

The schedules table has the following attributes:
  • Name: Displays the name of the schedule.
  • Frequency: Displays the frequency to which the schedule is set - it can be daily, weekly, monthly, or on-demand.
  • Format: Displays the format in which to save the schedule.
  • Sent to: Displays the email ID of recipients who receive the schedule based on the frequency set.

Under each attribute is a search field to limit the schedules list based on the search criteria.

Click the icon to edit the schedules information. Click the icon to delete the schedules.

You can select the number of schedules displayed in the table from the Show rows drop down at the bottom of the table. The range is from five schedules per table to 100 schedules per table.
