The Support page
allows you to grant temporary administrator-level access for RUCKUS support personnel to
troubleshoot issues for a period of seven days.
If you are facing any issue with the RUCKUS AI Web UI, you can contact RUCKUS customer services and support. For
more information, refer to GUID-EC48334B-345E-48F4-8C8E-F70077197C86.html. When requested by the RUCKUS support team. By enabling this, you
are granting RUCKUS support with temporary administrator-level access.
Complete the following steps to grant temporary administrator-level access to the
RUCKUS support personnel:
On the Navigation bar, click Administration > Account
Management > Support.
The Support page is
displayed.
Select the Enable
access to Ruckus Support checkbox to grant Ruckus support
personnel access to your system to troubleshoot issues.
Note: Enable this when requested
by RUCKUS support team. By enabling this, you are granting RUCKUS support
with temporary administrator-level access.
