The Support page allows you to grant temporary administrator-level access for RUCKUS support personnel to troubleshoot issues for a period of seven days.

If you are facing any issue with the RUCKUS AI Web UI, you can contact RUCKUS customer services and support. For more information, refer to Contacting RUCKUS Customer Services and Support. When requested by the RUCKUS support team. By enabling this, you are granting RUCKUS support with temporary administrator-level access.

Complete the following steps to grant temporary administrator-level access to the RUCKUS support personnel:

  1. On the Navigation bar, click Administration > Account Management > Support.
    The Support page is displayed.

  2. Select the Enable access to Ruckus Support checkbox to grant Ruckus support personnel access to your system to troubleshoot issues.
    Note: Enable this when requested by RUCKUS support team. By enabling this, you are granting RUCKUS support with temporary administrator-level access.
