Editing or Deleting an Identity

You can edit or delete an existing identity in your RUCKUS One account.

  1. On the navigation bar, select Clients > Identities List.
    The Identity Management page is displayed.
  2. Select the checkbox alongside the name of the identity to display and access the following options:
    • Edit
      Note: You can also edit an identity by clicking the Identity Name and clicking Configure on the details page of Identity.
    • Delete
  3. Click Edit.
    The Edit Identity page is displayed.

    Modify the following configuration settings, as necessary:
    • Identity Name
    • Display Name
    • Email
    • Phone
    • Description
    • Identity Group
    • VLAN
      Note: To change an identity group, refer to Editing an Identity Group.
  4. Click Apply to save the changes.
  5. (Optional) Click Delete to delete the identity.

    A confirmation dialog is displayed. Review the details and click Delete.
