Logging Out of the RUCKUS One

If the RUCKUS One portal does not detect any activity within 30 minutes, it will automatically log you out. You can also manually log out of RUCKUS One portal.

Complete the following steps to log out of RUCKUS One.
  1. In the upper-right corner of the Dashboard, click the Account icon.
    A drop-down menu displays the following options:
    • User Profile
    • Change Password
    • Logout

  2. Click Log out.
The RUCKUS One Log in page indicates that you have successfully logged out of RUCKUS One.
