AP Statuses

Checking the status of an LTE AP helps you understand its current condition and identify issues that may require attention.

AP statuses are grouped into status categories, which may include more detailed AP-level states.

AP Status Colour AP-level status (AP List) Description
Operational
  • Operational
  • Applying Firmware
  • Applying Configuration
Indicates that the AP is connected to the cloud and operating normally. Firmware or configuration changes may be in progress.
Requires Attention
  • Firmware update failed
  • Configuration update failed
  • Disconnected from cloud
Indicates that the AP has an issue that requires attention, such as a failed update or loss of cloud connectivity. User action may be required to resolve the issue.
Transient Issue
  • Rebooting
  • Heartbeat lost
Indicates that the AP is temporarily impacted and is expected to recover automatically.
In Setup Phase
  • Never contacted cloud
  • Initializing
Indicates that the AP is in the setup phase and has not completed initialization. User action may be required if the AP remains in this state for an extended period.
Offline
  • Offline
Indicates that the AP is offline. The disconnected alarm may have been cleared by the user.
