Deleting an MSP EC Customer

When the delete operation is performed, customer data is erased from the database. Customer administrators will no longer be able to login using their old credentials.

To delete a customer, perform the following steps.
  1. From the Customers page, select the customer that you want to delete.
  2. Click Delete.
    The Delete MSP EC customer dialog box appears.

  3. Enter the word Delete in the text box and then click Delete Customer
    Note:

    After deleting the customer, licenses allocated to the customer are released back to MSP's license pool.
