Resending Customer Invitation Email

To resend invitation via email, perform the following steps.
  1. In the Customers page, select the MSP Customers sub-tab.
  2. Select the customer for which you want to resend the invitation via email.
    Note: When you select to resend the invitation email, the password will be reset.
    The Resending Customer Invitation Email dialog box appears.

  3. Enter the email address of the intended administrator in the text box.
  4. Click Resend Invitation Email.
