Steps to On-board End Customers
Follow these steps to onboard end customers.
When MSP adds a new customer an invitation email is sent to the email address used in the customer addition workflow. MSP should remind the customers to check their spam/junk folder if they complain that invitation email has not been received. Important login information for the end customer is provided in this email. Customer login URL is also provided in this email. Customers should click on the URL suggested and login with email address and system generated password. As a next step, they should immediately change their passwords.
Once this step is completed, customers have full access to RUCKUS Cloud Dashboard. Customers can login to the URL specified and see a complete RUCKUS dashboard to manage their switches and access points. In the licenses section they will see the licenses granted by the MSP. When they go over to creating a WLAN network of the type Captive Portal a 3rd Party Portal Provider, customer will notice that the selection made by the MSP is the only choice in the drop-down menu option.
