As an administrator, you can view the sotfware migration history of your tenant and network device firmware upgrades and downgrades in the Events log of the tenant.

1. In navigation pane, click the Events.
   All events can be selected, and event filters can be based on venue, event type, event severity and so on. Event exports can be scoped by a time range and can be downloaded as a .CSV file.
   The Events page appears.

   

2. Click Export to CSV and choose a time range from the drop-down.
   • Last 24 Hours
   • Last 7 Days
   • Last 30 Days
   • Last Year
   • All Time
   RUCKUS Cloud exports the events log and download as a .CSV file.
