Enabling or Disabling RUCKUS One Early Access Features

RUCKUS One allows you to manage the availability of early-access features in your tenant account.

RUCKUS One periodically releases early-access features, giving users the opportunity to try new functionalities and provide feedback. RUCKUS One allows you to disable early-access features individually or disable the Enable RUCKUS One Early Access features option completely.
Only Prime Admins have the required permissions to enable or disable RUCKUS One early-access features in the tenant portal and you must agree to the RUCKUS One Early Access Terms & Conditions.
Complete the following steps to view, enable, or disable RUCKUS One early-access features:
  1. On the navigation bar, select Administration > Account Management > Settings.
    The Settings tab is displayed.
  2. View the current list of early-access features by scrolling the Enable RUCKUS One Early Access features section of the Settings page and clicking Manage.

    The Early Access Features sidebar is displayed. The Early Access Features sidebar displays a list of available features and a brief description of each.

  3. (Optional) If you do not require an early-access feature, toggle the switch to disable it for the account.
  4. (Optional) Click Terms & Conditions to review the Early Access Terms & Conditions and click OK to return to the Early Access Features sidebar.
  5. Click Save to save your preference and return to Settings tab.
  6. (Optional) Disable access to the early access features functionality by clicking the checkbox next to Enable RUCKUS One Early Access features.

    Confirm your action:
    • Click No, Keep to retain the early-access features functionality. The confirmation box disappears, and the Enable RUCKUS One Early Access features option remains enabled.
    • Click Yes, Disable to disable the early-access features functionality. The Settings page reloads and the Enable RUCKUS One Early Access features option is disabled.
