Adding a DPSK Manager

You can add a DPSK Manager—an administrator that has access to the DPSK services only.

Complete the following steps to add a DPSK manager.
  1. From the navigation bar, click Administration > Account Management > Administrators.
  2. Click Add Administrator.
    The Add New Administrator page is displayed.

  3. Add the email of the user that you want to add as an administrator.
  4. From the Role dropdown, select DPSK Manager.
  5. Click Send Invitation.
    RUCKUS Customer Service sends an invitation to the email address.
    Email Invitation
    After receiving the email invitation from RUCKUS, the administrator needs to click Accept Invitation or copy and paste the URL in the address bar of the web browser. After the administrator has completed the invitation process, the DPSK manager can log into RUCKUS One using their email and password. When the DPSK administrator logs in to RUCKUS One, the following page is displayed.
    DSPK Services
    As a DPSK Manager, you can perform the following actions on the DPSK page:
    1. Click on the name of a DPSK service to view details of that service.
    On the details page for a DPSK service, you can perform the following:
    1. Click the radio button for a DPSK Service and click Delete to remove the DPSK service and passphrases.
    2. Click Add DPSK Service to add DSPK service.
    On the details page for a DPSK service, you can click the Passphrases tab to view all passphrases. From here, you can also perform these actions:
    1. Click the Passphrases tab to view the passphrases.
    2. Click Add Passphrases to add passphrases.
    3. Click Import From File to import passphrases from a file.
    4. Click Export to File to export the passphrases to a .CSV file.
    5. Click Add DPSK Network to configure a new DSPK network.
  6. (Optional) Select a name from the Administrators page and click Edit to change the role of the administrator or click Delete to remove the administrator.
