Adding and Managing a DPSK Manager

As an Administrator or Prime Admin, you can add a DPSK Manager, an administrator that has access to the DPSK services only.

Complete the following steps to add a DPSK manager.
  1. From the navigation bar, click Administration > Account Management > Users & Privileges.
  2. Select the Users sub-tab and click Add User.

  3. In the Add New User sidebar, select the appropriate authentication type.
    Note: To use the SSO with 3rd Party option, make sure to toggle ON the Enable SSO with 3rd Party provider option from the Administration > Account Management > Settings tab.
  4. For Email, enter a valid email address for the administrator that you want to add.
    Make sure the email address is already registered with RUCKUS One.
  5. For Privilege Group, select DPSK Manager from the list.
  6. Click Add User. You can see the DPSK Manager added to the Users tab and the count of members in the Members column is updated in the Privilege Groups tab for DPSK Manager.

    RUCKUS Customer Service sends an invitation to the specified email address. After receiving the email invitation from RUCKUS, the invited DPSK Manager administrator needs to click Accept Invitation or copy and paste the URL in the address bar of the web browser. After the invited DSPK Manager administrator has completed the invitation process, the DPSK Manager can log in to RUCKUS One using their registered email and password.

    You can edit and delete the DPSK Manager by selecting the desired username and clicking Edit or Delete, respectively.

  7. (Optional) Select the checkbox for a specific DPSK manager name to edit or delete a DPSK manager:
    • Edit: Click Edit. In the Edit User sidebar, select the desired Privilege Group from the list and click Apply to save the change
    • Delete: Click Delete. In the Delete confirmation message, click Delete. A message confirming successful deletion is displayed.
