Enabling the RUCKUS Support Option

If you request assistance from RUCKUS Support, you may be asked to enable this feature to grant RUCKUS Support temporary administrator-level access to your account. Temporary access is automatically revoked after 21 days.

Complete the following steps to enable the support option:
  1. On the navigation bar, click Administration > Account Management > Settings.
  2. Check the Enable access to RUCKUS Support option to enable the feature.
Note: Enable this feature only when requested by RUCKUS Support.
