Creating a Resident Portals
You can create a RUCKUS supported resident portal that enables an administrator to manage Wi-Fi passwords for users and guests. You can connect this portal to the Venue by enabling RUCKUS Portal in the Property Management.

On the navigation bar, click
Network
Control > Service
Catalog.
The Service Catalog page is displayed.

In Resident Portal tile, click
Add.
The Add Resident Portal page is displayed.
- In the Service Name field, enter a name under which you want to save the resident portal configuration in the RUCKUS One services. This name is displayed in the Resident Portals page.

In the Portal Details sub tab, complete the following
fields:
- Portal Title: Enter a name that you want to be displayed on the top of the Resident Portal web page.
- Subtitle: Enter a name that you want to be displayed on the body of the Resident Portal web page.
- Login Text: Enter the text that you want to be displayed on the Login page.
- Announcements: Enter the text that you want to be displayed on the Announcements page.
- Help Text: Enter the text that you want to be displayed on the Portal Help page.
- Allow Residents to Set Passphrase: This option allows users to configure the passphrase. Toggle the button to ON to enable this option.

In the Visual
Properties sub tab, complete the following fields:
- Main Color: Select the color you want to display at the top of the Resident Portal web page.
- Accent Color: Select the color you want to display at the top of the Resident Portal web page subtabs.
- Separator Color: Select the color for the seperator line inside the sub tabs.
- Text Color: Select the color for the text that is displayed in the Resident Portal web page.
- Logo: Select a logo to be displayed within the Resident Portal web page.
- Favicon: Select a logo to be displayed as the Resident Portal web page logo.

Click Finish.
The created resident portal is displayed in the Resident Portals tab.
