Adding a Guest Portal Service

You can add guest portal to provide Wi-Fi services.

Complete the following steps to add a guest portal.
  1. On the navigation bar, click Network Control > Service Catalog.
  2. Under Guests & Residents, locate Portals and click Add.
  3. In the Add Portal Service page, complete the following settings:
    Adding Portal Service
    • Service Name: Enter the name of the Guest portal service.
    • View as: Select the device icon (desktop, tablet, or mobile) and select the captive portal network type from the drop-down list. For Active Directory or LDAP server network type, you are required to enter a username and password to access the Guest portal. Click the icon to get information about the selected network type.
    • Language: Select your preferred Guest portal language from the drop-down list.
    • Components: Click Components and from the menu, toggle the components (such as logo, welcome text, photo, secondary text) to ON to customize the Guest portal. Toggle the Terms & Conditions switch to ON to choose whether to display the terms and conditions before guests can access your network and click the settings icon to update the terms and conditions. Toggle the WiFi4EU snippet option to ON and configure by clicking the settings icon to insert a WiFi4EU snippet in the head tag of the web authentication portal page.
    • Background Settings: Select background color and image.
    • Your Logo: Add your logo.
  4. (Optional) Click Preview to preview the Guest portal design and choose the dimensions of the preview screen by selecting
  5. After designing the guest portal, click Add.
