You can view the details information about the resident portals.

1. On the navigation bar, click Venues.
   The Venues page is displayed.
2. Select the Venue Name and select the Property Units tab.
3. Select the Property Unit that you want to view the Resident Portal and then click View Portal.

   

   The Resident Portal login page is displayed. Click Information icon to view the Access Token information.

   

4. Click Access Your Portal.
   The Resident Portal page is displayed.

   

   The following table provides details about the Login and Resident Portal page.

5. Click Announcements icon to view the Announcements page.
   The Announcements page is displayed.

   

6. Click Help icon to view the Help page.
   The Help page is displayed.

   

7. Click Settings > Profile.
   The Profile page displays the Administrator Profile, Contact Inforamtion, Portal Access, and Portal Access QrCode information.

   

8. Click Edit icon () to update the information.
   The Details page is displayed. Update the details and click Change.

   

9. Click View Portal Access QrCode.
   The QrCode is displayed. You can scan the QR code to open the Resident Portal.
10. Click Settings > Property Info.
    The Property Information page displays the Venue Name and Venue Address.

    

11. Click Settings > Sign Out to logout of the Resident Portal.
