Editing or Deleting a Wi-Fi Calling Service

You can view, edit, or delete a Wi‑Fi Calling service configured in your RUCKUS One account.

Note: A Wi-Fi Calling Service cannot be deleted if it is assigned to (activated on) a Wi-Fi Network. Edit the service first to deactivate it on all networks to which it is bound, then perform the service deletion.
Complete the following steps to edit or delete a Wi-Fi Calling service:
  1. From the navigation bar, select Network Control > My Services.
The My Services page is displayed.
  2. In the My Services page, click Wi-Fi Calling.
The Wi-Fi Calling page is displayed.

The page lists all Wi‑Fi Calling services in the account, displaying the Name, QoS Priority, ePDG, and Networks.

Clicking the service name hyperlink in the Name column opens Service Details page, which displays the service Description, QoS Priority, configured Carrier ePDGs, and the list of wireless network Instances where the Wi‑Fi Calling service is applied, including the Network Name, Type, and number of Venues.

You can customize which fields appear in the Wi-Fi Calling table by clicking the icon and selecting or deselecting the desired column names. Drag and drop individual column names up or down the list to customize the left‑to‑right column display in the table. Optionally, you can click Reset to default to restore the default subset of columns.

You can use the Search option to display only the table entries matching the specified name; enter a minimum of two characters. Additionally, you can filter the list by selecting one of the options from the Networks drop-down list. Click Clear Filters to reset the filters. You can sort the list by clicking the associated column header.

You can also use the icon to update the Wi‑Fi Calling table with the most recent Wi‑Fi Calling service information. When the Auto Refresh toggle is enabled (accessed from the adjacent drop‑down arrow), the table refreshes automatically at regular intervals, ensuring that the displayed Wi‑Fi Calling service data remains current without requiring manual updates.
