You can manage identities associated with a property unit or conference room by blocking identities or removing their association.

1. In the navigation bar, select Venues.
   The Venues page is displayed.
2. Click the Venue name.
   The details page for the selected venue is displayed, defaulting to the Overview tab.
3. Click the Property Units tab, and then select the relevant sub-tab:
   • Units
   • Conference Rooms
4. Click the hyperlinked name of the property unit or conference room to access the details page.
5. Select the checkbox alongside the identity name to display and access the following options:
   • Block: Click Block for the selected identity and then confirm the action in the confirmation dialog box. The selected identity is blocked from accessing the network associated with the property unit or conference room and remains associated but cannot access the network.
   • Remove Association: Click Remove Association for the selected identity and then confirm the action in the confirmation dialog box. The selected identity is removed from the property unit or conference room and remains available for association elsewhere.
