RUCKUS One allows you to configure receipt of AI-related notifications to best fit your needs. You can configure the AI notification preferences pertaining to AI Analytics-related incidents, AI-driven Cloud Radio Resource Management (RRM), and AI operations (recommendations). AI notifications are sent to all recipients defined for the account and are sent through email only.

1. From the navigation pane, click Administration > Account Management > Notifications.
   The Notifications recipient page is displayed. This page displays the configuration for the system notifications such as the name of the recipient and the email address of the recipient.
2. On the upper-right corner of the page, click AI Notifications.
   The AI Notifications sidebar is displayed.

   

3. For Incidents, select the incidents, based on their severity, for which you would like to receive email notifications.
4. For Recommendations, select one both of the following AI-Driven RRM and AI Operations.
5. Click Apply.
   The AI Notification preferences will apply to only the recipients that are configured for your account.
