Viewing RADIUS Logs
You can use the RADIUS Logs tab to view authentication‑related events processed by the RADIUS service. RADIUS logs help you monitor authentication activity and troubleshoot rejected or failed authentication attempts.
You must have permission to view logs.
Complete the following steps to view RADIUS logs in your RUCKUS One account.

On the navigation bar, click Administration > Timeline > Radius Logs
The Radius Logs page is displayed with the following information:You can select the
- Timestamp: Displays when the authentication event occurred.
- Auth Type: Identifies the type of authentication request.
- Result: Indicates whether the authentication request was accepted or rejected.
- User Name: Displays the user identity associated with the request, when available.
- MAC Address: Displays the client MAC address.
- SSID: Identifies the wireless network used for the authentication attempt.
- DPSK Pool: Displays the DPSK pool used for authentication, when applicable.
- MAC Registration Pool: Identifies the MAC authentication list used for the request.
- Certificate Template: Displays certificate‑related information, when applicable.
- Identity: Displays the identity used during the authentication request, such as a user name or device identity, when provided by the client or authentication method.
- Description: Provides a brief message describing the authentication event or reason for the result, when available.
- Called Station: Enables the Network Access Server (NAS) to indicate to the RADIUS server which specific endpoint or resource the client is requesting.
icon to download the displayed RADIUS log data.You can enter a value in the Search field to find entries by user name or MAC address, select an option from the Auth Type list to filter events by authentication type, and select an option from the Result list to filter by authentication outcome. You can use the time range selector on the top-right corner of the page to control the historical data the page displays.
You can use Auto Refresh to update the page in real time (or at set intervals) without manual reloads, allowing you to monitor authentication events as they occur.
The Include Accept events toggle displays successful authentications alongside rejected ones for a complete view, while Download RADIUS raw data lets you export detailed log information for external analysis, reporting, or troubleshooting.
