No. Where DSE leverages third-party LLM providers, those features are delivered under enterprise agreements that prohibit the use of customer data to train public models.

Depending on the DSE use case, RUCKUS uses OpenAI and Google Gemini models.

Does DSE support other troubleshooting use cases (like troubleshooting an AP, a switch, and client performance issues)?

DSE is in continuous development. Feature discovery, scoping, and requirements gathering are ongoing and new DSE functionalities will continue to be rolled out.

Are there any restrictions regarding the number of DSE interactions I can have during the Beta phase?

Yes. There are monthly limits on the number of interactions per tenant. These limits reset at the end of each month.
