  2. Enter a venue troubleshooting request.

    Examples:

    • Troubleshoot the venue venue-name.
    • Why is venue health dropping?
    • Status of my venue venue-name.
Note: By default, Venue Troubleshooting analyzes the previous 24 hours. To analyze a different period, include a time range in the request.
  3. Click Let DSE decide or select a venue if DSE displays multiple matching venues.
Note: Review the message if DSE indicates that the selected venue is not ready for troubleshooting. Resolve the issue before retrying the request.
The venue is analyzed, and a troubleshooting report is generated.
  4. Review the troubleshooting report.

The report can contain the following sections:

    • What's happening: Summarizes the venue status during the analysis window.
    • Findings: Lists observations related to incidents, clients, access points, switches, alarms, events, and other detected issues.
    • KPI breakdown: Displays KPI status information, including Healthy, Critical, and No Data categories.
    • What to do next: Recommends additional investigation or troubleshooting actions.

If DSE does not identify any issues during the analysis window, the report indicates that no issues were detected.
