RUCKUS One tenant account users can interact with AI through the RUCKUS DSE to retrieve specific deployment information and create widgets for their operational data. They can seamlessly integrate these widgets into a customizable canvas, delivering a personalized and interactive data visualization experience that simplifies presentation and enhances usability.

Feature Overview

The Customizable Dashboard Canvases Sub-agent feature empowers users of the tenant account to generate visual Canvases and transform them into customizable Dashboards, which can be reused across the product to monitor inventory, metrics, and operational health, thereby streamlining workflows and improving visibility.

Chat interface conversations support the generation of various types of widgets, including pie charts, bar graphs, line graphs, and tables. You can drag widgets generated in conversations onto the canvas, where they will be arranged in rows. On the canvas, hover your cursor over a specific widget to access the icons, allowing you to edit the title of the widget (), and delete the widget (). You can also resize the widget on the canvas using the Small to Large slider that is displayed when you hover over the widget. Each user of the tenant account can create a canvas, with each canvas containing a maximum of 20 widgets.

Users can create multiple canvases to represent different data views and switch between them based on operational requirements. Canvases can also be used as dashboard landing pages and shared with other users within the tenant. Each dashboard is constructed from one or more canvases, which can be created, edited, and organized within a tenant account.

Requirements

The following conditions are necessary for using the Customizable Dashboard Canvases Sub-agent:

  • Access to RUCKUS One and the Digital System Engineer (DSE) interface is required.
  • Your RUCKUS One tenant account must have the Professional subscription tier. You can check this on the Administration > Account Management > Subscriptions page.
  • Your RUCKUS One user account must be assigned to one of the following system-defined privilege groups: Prime Admin or Administrator. Custom groups are not supported.
