From the RUCKUS One web interface, you can view the detailed information about the switch such as switch model, serial number, firmware version, uptime, and venue.

1. On the navigation bar, click Wired > Switches > Switch List.
   The Switch page is displayed.
2. Click the name of the switch to view its detailed information.
   The Overview page of the switch is displayed.
3. In the upper-right corner of the Overview page, click More Details.
   The Switch Details page is displayed.

   

4. Review the switch details and click Close to close the Switch Details page.
