You can view switch summary information, monitor switch status, review incidents, clients, ports, and PoE usage, and resolve configuration conflicts that can occur during switch onboarding.

1. On the navigation bar, select Wired > Switches > Switch List.
   The Switches page is displayed.
2. Click the switch name.
   The Overview tab is displayed.
3. Review the following switch summary information displayed on the Overview tab:
   • Switch model
   • Number of alarms reported for the switch
   • Incident information
   • Number of connected clients
   • Number of switch ports
   • Current PoE usage
4. Click More Details to view additional switch information.
   The Switch Details sidebar is displayed.

   The sidebar displays switch information, including the Venue, Description, Admin Password, MAC Address, IP Assignment, IP Address, Ext. IP Address, Subnet Mask, Default Gateway, DNS Server, Uptime, Model, FW Version, S/N, and Old switch's S/N (if replaced).

   The Venue value is displayed as a hyperlink. Click the venue name to open the Overview tab of the venue details page.

   The sidebar displays the serial number of the replaced switch in the Old switch's S/N (if replaced) field only if the switch replaces an existing switch.

5. Review the switch status displayed next to the switch name.
6. Click one of the following sub-tabs to view additional switch information:
   • Panel: Displays the status of the switch's front and rear panels as a graphical representation. Selecting Rear View or Front View allows you to change the display to either switch ports or switch module slots. Note that Rear View and Front View displays are model-specific. Refer to Viewing the Switch Panel for more details.

     The Panel sub-tab also contains the Floor Plan view (default) and the Topology view, allowing you to see where the switch physically resides on the venue floor plan (if provided) or logically resides in the network topology. If the switch is not assigned to a floor plan, a message is displayed indicating that the switch has not been placed on any floor plan. Refer to Importing a Floor Plan for more details.

   • Ports: Displays port information, such as port number, port name, status, administrative status, speed, PoE usage, and port-specific configuration settings. Refer to Viewing Ports of a Switch for more details.
   • Routed Interfaces: Displays routed interface information, including VLAN interfaces (VEs), VLAN IDs, interface names, IP addresses, subnet masks, and associated ACL assignments. Refer to Viewing Routed Interfaces for more details.
   • VLANs: Displays VLAN configuration information, including VLAN IDs, VLAN names, VLAN settings, spanning tree settings, tagged ports, and untagged ports. Refer to Configuring a VLAN at the Switch Level for more details.
   • ACLs: Displays configured access control lists (ACLs) and their associated settings. Refer to Viewing ACLs for more details.
   • Port Profiles: Displays configured port profiles and their associated VLAN, authentication, and LLDP settings. Refer to Viewing the Port Profiles of a Switch for more details.
