Editing or Deleting a Webhook

You can edit or delete a webhook to update its configuration or remove it when it is no longer needed.

Complete the following steps to edit or delete a webhook:
  1. From the navigation bar, select Network Control > My Services.
    The My Services page is displayed.
  2. In the My Services page, click Webhooks.
    The Webhooks page is displayed.

    The page displays all webhooks created in the account, including details such as Name, URL, Payload, and Status.

    You can use the Search option to display only the table entries matching the specified Name, URL, or Payload; enter a minimum of two characters. Additionally, you can filter the list by selecting a Status from the drop-down list; the status options are Enabled and Disabled. Use the Clear Filters option to remove the applied filters.

    You can sort the list by clicking the associated column header.

  3. Select the radio button alongside the webhook name to display and access the following options:
    • Edit
    • Delete

  4. (Optional) Click Edit to modify the configuration.
    The Edit Webhook sidebar is displayed. Update the required fields, then click Save:
    • Settings tab
      • Name
      • Webhook URL
      • Click Test to send a sample payload to the configured webhook URL and verify connectivity before saving the webhook.

        A toast notification appears at the bottom indicating success or failure. If the request fails, a dialog box is displayed with a message instructing you to contact support.

      • Secret
      • Payload
    • Configure notification categories on the following tabs, as needed:
      Note: Use the parent checkbox on any tab to select all sub‑options in that group, or select individual sub‑options as needed.
      • Incidents
      • Activities
      • Events
    • Toggle the switch in the lower-left corner of the sidebar to Enable or Disable the webhook.

  5. (Optional) Click Delete to delete a webhook.
    A confirmation dialog is displayed. Review the information and click OK.
