Resending a Customer Invitation Email

From the MSP Customers page, you can resend an invitation email message to an administrator.

To resend invitation via email, complete the following steps.
  1. On the navigation bar, click My Customers > MSP Customers.
    The MSP Customers page is displayed.
  2. In the MSP Customers page, select the customer for which you want to resend the invitation email message.
  3. Click Resend Invitation Email.
    Note: When you select to resend the invitation email message, the password will be reset.

  4. Enter the email address of the intended administrator.
  5. Click Resend Invitation.
