Deleting an MSP End Customer

When you delete an MSP end customer, customer data is erased from the database. Customer administrators will no longer be able to log in using their old credentials.

Complete the following steps to delete an end customer.
  1. On the navigation bar, click My Customers > MSP Customers.
    The MSP Customers page is displayed.
  2. In the MSP Customers page, select the customer that you want to remove, and click Delete.
    The delete customer dialog box is displayed.

  3. Enter Delete in the field and click Delete EC

    After the customer is deleted, licenses allocated to the customer are released back to MSP license pool.
