Reactivating an MSP Customer
You can reactivate an MSP End Customer that you have manually deactivated earlier.
-
On the navigation bar, select
My
Customers > MSP
Customers.
The MSP Customers page is displayed.
- Select the customer that you want to reactivate.
-
Click Reactivate.
The Reactivate Account dialog box is displayed with a message indicating that, to reactivate the MSP customer, you must re-establish the service and have sufficient licenses available for the selected service period. The message asks whether you want to proceed to assign licenses.
-
Review the message, and then
click Proceed.
The Edit Customer Account page is displayed.
-
Assign the required licenses and
update the customer account information as needed. Refer to Editing an End
Customer. Refer to Editing an End Customer for more details.
Note:
- If sufficient licenses are available, the customer can be reactivated after licenses are assigned.
- If sufficient licenses are not available, the customer cannot be reactivated.
Note: When an MSP customer is deactivated, assigned licenses are released and returned to the MSP license pool. To reactivate the customer, sufficient licenses must be available and reassigned to the customer account.
