A LAN service provider (LSP) can choose the required configuration template and apply the same to one or more customers for the MSP-EC tenant.

1. On the navigation bar, select Templates.
   The Configuration Templates page is displayed.
2. Select the checkbox for one or more configuration templates.
   Note:

   • You can apply multiple templates at the same time.
   • Venue Templates cannot be applied together. If you select more than one Venue Template, the Apply Templates option is disabled.
   • The Apply Templates action is not supported for certain templates. If any unsupported template is selected, the Apply Templates action is disabled.
   • Each template can be applied up to a maximum of 2,500 times. If a selected template has already reached this limit, the template cannot be applied.
   • A template that is already applied to the selected customer is skipped automatically.
   • When multiple templates are selected, they are applied one after another.
3. Click Apply Templates.
   The Apply Templates - Customers sidebar is displayed.

   

4. Select the customers from the list.
5. (Optional) Click Override Template.
   Note: The Override Template option is supported only for Venue templates.
   Update the following fields in the Override Venue Template dialog box to override the venue template:
   1. Venue Name
   2. Description
   3. Address
      Note: Wi-Fi Country Code is read-only. To use a different code, create a new Venue template. Refer to RUCKUS One User Guide for more information.
   4. Click Override.
   5. Review the override values in the Template Override Value column.
      When an override is applied, hover over the Template Override Value to display the override details - Name, Description, Address, and Wi-Fi Country Code.
6. Click Next.
   A confirmation screen appears and displays the following details:

   • The customers selected
   • The override values (if any)
   • The templates that will be applied

   
7. Click Apply Template.
   The selected templates are applied to the selected customers, and any overridden values update the corresponding settings in the associated venues.
